Ingredients
1-1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. For crust, in a medium bowl stir together crushed graham crackers and the 1/3 cup sugar. Stir in melted butter. Press the crumb mixture onto bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of an 8- or 9-inch springform pan; Place the crust-lined springform pan on a double layer of 18x12-inch heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring edges of foil up and mold around sides of pan to form a watertight seal.

2. For filling, in a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, the 1 cup sugar, the flour, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Beat in milk until smooth. Stir in eggs. Pour into crust-lined pan. Place in a roasting pan and pour enough hot water around pan to reach halfway up the sides. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes for the 8-inch pan (35 to 40 minutes for the 9-inch pan) or until edges of cake are set but center jiggles a bit when pan is gently shaken. Turn oven off and let cheesecake sit in oven for 1 hour.

3. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Using a small sharp knife, loosen the crust from sides of pan; cool for 30 minutes. Remove the sides of the pan; cool cheesecake completely on rack. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

4. Mint and Chip Cheesecake: Prepare as directed above, except substitute chocolate-flavor graham crackers for the regular graham crackers in the crust. For the filling, add 1/4 teaspoon mint flavoring with the vanilla and substitute 1/4 cup green creme de menthe liqueur for the milk. After stirring in the eggs, stir in 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate pieces. Bake and cool as directed. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving. If desired, just before serving, drizzle slices with purchased fudge sauce.

5. Honey-Nut Cheesecake: Before serving, top chilled cheesecake with 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds and if desired, 1/2 cup fresh raspberries. Drizzle with 1/4 cup honey. Slice and serve cheesecake as directed.

6. Turtle Cheesecake: Before serving, drizzle individual slices with 1/2 to 1 tablespoon each of purchased caramel ice cream topping and chocolate-flavored syrup. Sprinkle each slice with about 1 tablespoon chopped dry-roasted peanuts.

7. Chocolate Bar Cheesecake: Before serving, top chilled cheesecake with 1 cup of one or more flavors of chopped chocolate candy bars, such as chocolate-covered peanut butter cups, chocolate-covered English toffee, chocolate-covered nougat bars, milk chocolate, and/or dark chocolate. If desired, drizzle each slice with purchased butterscotch, caramel, mocha chocolate, or chocolate fudge sauce.

8. Fruit-topped Cheesecake: In a 1--quart saucepan heat 1/3 cup of Orange marmalade or desired flavor fruit preserves just until spoonable. Top cheesecake with 1 to 2 cups fresh fruit such as raspberries, blueberries, halved sweet cherries, or sliced strawberries or peaches; drizzle with heated preserves.

Pre-made graham cracker pie crust
2 pkg of cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Fruit topping

Mix together, put in oven on 350 for 30 minutes

This is the best tasting cheese cake, I make cheese cake from scratch and go through the long process; but since I found this recipe, I do this one all the time. For the fruit topping I usually use The Smucker's Ice Cream Toppings like pineapple, strawberry, etc. I'm telling you ....... its really great.

"This cake is easy to make, and it's so delicious. Everyone that's tried it has said it tasted just like the ones in a deli! You'll love it!"

INGREDIENTS:
15 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

Best Cheesecake

Crust
2 cups grahm cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tsb melted butter
1 large egg white lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix all crust ingredients and press into bottom and a little way up sides of 10 inch springform pan. Bake for 5-10 minutes. Cool until reaches room temp.

Filling
5 packages of cream cheese
1 3/4 cups of sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tsb fresh lemon juice
1 Tsb vanilla extract..pure if have
2/3 cup heavy cream

Reduce oven to 325ºF. Wrap bottom of sprinform pan with alumium foil. A few sheets. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Best if done when cream cheese is at room temperature. In a small bowl lightly beat eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
With mixer running slowly add egg mixture to cream cheese. In about 4 increments.
Add heavy cream next. Mix well.

Pour cream cheese filling into springform pan. Place springform pan in a shallow roasting pan and fill roasting pan with enough hot water to come up half inch of springform pan.

Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until center is firm .

Depending on how many you want to serve but this is a simple one and easy to add alittle something on top can change it BIG time. Buy graham cracker crust already made.You'll need one package of creamcheese ahalf cup of sugar two tablesoons of vanilla and two eggs.Now let your cheese sit out for about 15 or 20 minutes to soften (it makes it easier to beat). Beat cheese until fluffy add sugar slowly and eggs add vanilla mix well. Pour into already made(store bought) pie crust bake about 30 mins. at 325 degrees. To add alittle different flare add strawberry , rasberry jams etc. on top after it has cooled. You can also put liquid choclate swirls like hersley choclate in a bottle. this will make about 8 servings in a 9in. regular pie crust. Easy to double.

my sister in law makes an awesome one and it's simple:

1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 container cool whip
graham cracker pie crust

mix ingredients until smooth, put in crust and chill for 2hrs
it's easy and delicious
the recipe is on the inside of the cream cheese container
