Nobody is ever satisfied with the way their body looks. You are probably fine but you are still thinking like you weigh 167. You will grow and that just takes time. Be sure you are eating properly so that you aren't harming yourself in the long run. Read some good info on good eating habits. Stay away from everything white (except milk). Make your carbs green. If you eat porportioned meals, you should be ok. Also exercise is good. Around mealtime, take a walk to get your metabolism up and then drink a glass of water before you eat. Eat slowly and stop before you are full. Take some time to be sure your clothes fit you properly and are the styles that look good on you-don't worry about the skinny girls. Exercise will make you look fit and healthly. Oh and always stand up straight, head up. Makes you look good and proud. Don't obsess, make life style changes and stick to it . If you fall off the diet, just get right back on the next meal. You sound like you are in charge but not too sure of yourself yet. Always try to do the right thing so that you can be proud of who you are. It is very important to be proud of exactly who you are. And don't get too skinny, most guys like girls without too many bones.

I can tell from your description that you are absolutely perfect! You don't have to do anything else except get the best grades possible and eat healthy and stay healthy. I think you might benefit from talking to a guidance councellor. I don't mean for a long time, just to get you over obsessing about your appearance. This could easily turn into an eating disorder, because I've seen it happen and I've been in your shoes as well. You were heavy, you lost weight. Yet you are not happy. It's because in the back of your mind things are going to be perfect when the weight is gone, and then when it happens and things are STILL NOT PERFECT your brain has no way to rationalize this. That's the trap. If things aren't perfect after weight loss then what do you do? Maybe things would be better if were skinnier? They won't be. You need to stop dieting, maintain your weight, and boost your self esteem now. Please talk to someone level headed that you can trust. Please? The teenage years are the hardest, especially your age group. I promise you it gets better!

I think it's more about your obsession with body image than with anything like your actual weight - if you were thinner I don;t think you'd be happier, just skinnier. Weight is not the only indication of a persons worth - I''m sure your boyfriend really does love you just as you are, and I hope you learn to do so too.

Your weight to your height sounds just fine. You have a distorted image of yourself. If your boyfriend likes your body, then why worry about it. Please don't do this to yourself. You are making yourself miserable about nothing. Ignore those skinny chicks. It won't always be that way for them anyway.

Talk to your doctor, it sounds as if you may have a body image problem, you need to love and respect yourself the way you are - you're a good weight for your height and you don't want to mess with your body with any diets or anything.
See a doctor A.S.A.P. - they really can help you learn to like yourself. : )
