She asked ""Is Mexico prepared to receive all of these deported people and their families?" What a joke.

Jenny: I recall something about her son having a 'problem' (emotional?) and that being a citizen of the US of A, he is getting something from our government (SSD?). If she is still getting this amount, then she is still being supported by our government, and probably living like a queen in her own country. She has no need to work.

Well she tries again Only this time she was told to spew out a anchor baby buit shes so independent she wants to do it without a man tell this hot head what to do, oops she got arrested again and deported, well third time the charm ..nope arrested and deported for keeps. Even that poor excuse of a store front Communist church told her to beat it. By the way was she not to become the minister of peace?

I don't understand why anyone feels that they have a "right" to ignore the laws of a sovereign nation. I don't blame the immigrants themselves for wanting a better life but the woman is an activist for goodness sakes. Maybe if she made as much of an effort to influence situations in Mexico as she is to influence situations here she would be much better off.

If there was some sort of reciprocity like we have with the Dominican Republic or something of that nature it would be one thing but we couldn't even own land there if we emigrated to Mexico.

How does this women earn a living for herself and her son. You would think she would be demanding her own government to care for it's own citizens, so that they do not have to risk their life's rather than to come to a country that treats them so badly in her eyes. But then again for some reason she thinks that it's her mission in life to hold the USA responsible for all of Mexico's failures.

Yes, I would bet good money that she is getting money from the government SSI program to care for her son.

I love it when someone goes on a hunger strike. Who cares? It sure doesn't make me feel sorry for them at all. Elvira Arellano is a joke and the Catholic Church should lose it's tax exempt status for harboring her.

The arrogance of this woman! Why doesn't she do something constructive with what is obviously too much time on her hands -- like work to improve conditions in Mexico? It really strikes me as strange that a country like Mexico, a rich oil exporter, gets handouts from the U.S., like how we subsidize their cheap pharmaceuticals, yet they still cry poor.

Good, let her starve to death, then her child might stand a chance of being raised by someone who actually cares about his well being.

What an arrogant person, she seems extremely bitter that she was not wanted in America. Apparently she thinks that starving herself will help her son.

Good for her. Yes, she is a joke. She can give all of the food she's not going to eat to the starving people in Mexico.
