It is normally 1 week going in then 1 week in standing heat and then 1 week going out. Roughly 3 weeks. Although some can bleed for shorter and some longer. I had a ***** years ago that did not breed until day 23 of her cycle. Keep her away from any males until she is definately out. DO NOT let her with a male when she stops bleeding.

doesn't matter teh breed or age heats last 21 days and come every 6 months once started.

the gestation period for all dogs is about 12-15 days (only breedable for the last 3-4 days)
