Dogs can sense a person's fear and other feelings we have. They will try to comfort you if you are sad and jump around if you feel happy. If you have a dog, and you are feeling threatened and are feeling afraid because of other person/s, the dog will sense this and will attack if it is protective about it's owner, and most are.

Yes. Usually my dogs are the first to hear or sense something that is genuinely fearful or of real or possible danger, however if I hear or sense something the dogs seem to know either by my eyes, my movement or some sixth sense nature has given them that is yet undiscovered. I think it's the last because one of my dogs is mostly blind and deaf and even if she is the only one here she seems to sense my energy or feeling.

Well, this question is very hard to answer but like to think that their pet can sense their mood and emotions. Although researchers now accept that dogs, and other non-human animals, can experience primary emotions such as anxiety, fear, and anger, they still do not accept that "animals" have a sense of self and are capable of sophisticated secondary emotions. Instead, the scientists believe that non-human animals are incapable of understanding the feelings of others around them. Without a sense of self, they say, secondary emotions, like jealousy (he's enjoying that ... but I would enjoy more) or empathy (what a terrible situation that person/other dog is in) are impossible.

Of course. They are more perceptive than humans. That's why a lot of people get bit or have problems with animals. . .and actually a lot of humans too.
Have you seen any of the information on dogs that can actually sense that their owner is going to have an epileptic fit or heart attack? They have actually started training dogs to be of help in that way with humans. . .and many other ways too. Dogs sense all types of things that humans just aren't attuned to.

By the way, standard advice for motorcyclists, when a dog is coming at you from the side, you slow down and then when the dog is almost on you, punch the throttle and get the hell out of there. The sudden acceleration throws off the dog's timing. I don't know if the technique is effective when you're on a bicycle, but if you don't have any other way to defend yourself...

Dog can sense fear, because they have animal instinkes and they have ears that can hear anything. That was just fun fact for you. Have a good day.

Yes actually they can. Dogs cats birds most any animal can because animals pick up on worldly vibrations where most Humans are to busy with life to do this. Anyone can do it if you just meditate and relax more.
