I have been walking in the indescribable Presence of God after I returned to the Garden and Kingdom of God after my salvation and subsequent spontaneous, involuntary Baptism of the Holy Spirit on March 13. Yet Jesus Christ says there will be times when we will seek Him and not find Him, times of drought. I have had a spiritual abundance of the Presence of God (Holy Spirit/Shechinah) since my Baptism, and see God present in everything I do and the entire world that I perceive.

Yet, I read someone on here who had the Presence leave them after 7 years and then they had to walk by faith. This would scare me, although I have faith in God, to not dwell in His Presence for the rest of my life.

After your Baptism and indwelling (enlightenment), has the Presence of God left you for any reason? When? If so, did it ever come back or did you ever recover it?

thanks

"old guy"... Actually my entire life was lived through trials and without God, so already been there, done that. Since my Baptism, my life HAS been holy. God also does seek to produce happiness as well... is it not He who will wipe the tears from our eyes forever? Yes!

By the way, the "Garden" is the original Garden of Eden, as we are called by God to the Kingdom of Heaven, to return to walking in the Garden with Him, in a closer relationship than Adam and Ever ever had... that's where I'm at now.

Your time will come. God never intended for us to live an emotional "high" for the rest of our lives. That is not at all what it is about. The Christian life is lived by faith not feelings and if you live in your feelings you will be absolutely useless for God because there is no reality to it, and what people need today is a Christianity that works in the storms and trials of life, not something that removes us from reality. Why not just go and take some drugs if that is what you are after. What God is seeking to produce in your life is holiness, not happiness.

BTW What garden are you talking about?

I don't know what god or spirit these people
are referring to,but the God of the bible promised never to leave nor forsake me.The indwelling of the Holy Spirit stays in the temple, our body being the temple. This is
his promise.I believe people are going on
feelings and emotions instead of what God(Jesus) has promised.

Joshua a million:5b states, "As i exchange into with Moses, so i'm going to be with you; i'm going to by no potential go away you nor forsake you." As believers, all of us have 'mountain authentic stories' the place we experience so close to God we expect of we could no longer stay to tell the story without that feeling. regardless of the shown fact that to stroll in emotion quite than faith is risky territory to tread. all of us, inevitably, will finally end up returned in tha valley. Psalm 23:3 states, "even however I walk during the valley of the shadow of dying, i'm going to worry no evil, for you're with me; Your rod and Your paintings stress, they convenience me." we are able to be interior the valleys, yet God will consistently be with us. you're on authentic of a mountain acceptable now, and it won't final consistently. God's presence isn't a 'magical' adventure that merely occurs. in case you're dilligent to maintain in His word and walk in His techniques, he will by no potential forsake you. in case you experience separated from God (which i've got been with the aid of), it is not God who's subsidized away, that is you. i've got been there, performed that, and that i understand, with the aid of good situations, and with the aid of the roughest possible, God is often with me, and that i can consistently turn to Him. each and every so often He solutions in silence.... he's vast on coaching persistence.... to wait for His will to be performed, for His answer to be heard. preserve your heart and your techniques, by way of fact the devil may additionally look as an angel of sunshine (2 Corinthians eleven:14). He can do nicely to misinform us into questioning we are having God-like stories.... that is why we are to attempt the spirits (a million John 4:a million). Even speaking in tongues can come from the devil.... and you recognize this by potential of regardless of if or no longer it conforms to Biblical concepts. word of your emotions.... don't get caught up in them. concentration on the word of God, and he will save you on the right course (Proverbs 3:6). God's advantages to you and that i pray that God delivers you understanding, awareness and faith in abundance. additionally, please do no longer in straightforward terms study those few verses.... study the encompassing ones.... learn God's word (Psalm 119:eleven, and surrounding verses). save God's word on your heart. God bless.
