- roasted butternut squash
- cranberry relish or chutney- CANNED SAUCE IS BANNED BY OUR FAMILY
- homemade stuffing
- giblet gravy
- cloverleaf rolls (Yes, I make my own dough)
- honey butter
- collard greens with ham hocks
- baked macaroni and 5 cheese casserole
- Mom's Filipino egg rolls ( lumpia)
- deviled eggs
- steamed Jasmine rice
- chitterlings ( It's a Southern/Soul food thing :P)
- tamales ( we have Hispanic influence- live in San Antonio)
- empanadas

* We usually have 25-30 people over every year.

As long as I get turkey (dark meat), cornbread stuffing, sweet potato casserole, cabbage, mac & cheese, and lots of cranberry sauce ..... I'm good to go. Thats what I make at my house (minus the mac & cheese). Then I have dinner at one of my families home, and they have EVERYTHING!
