Nobody HAS to do anything. Why would it be an annoyance? Why should it?
Age old rebellion alone would see to it that if you ORDER people to do something (like believe in god) 8 out of 10 of them won't out of spite.
No matter how you slice it, it is a choice.
People should respect that.

Matthew 19:19 says that we shall love our neighbor, so is to say anyone around us, therefore if you have to choose among one of those answers it means you don't love thy neighbor.
Lets also remember that the whole point of preaching is to help people to improve their lives, no matter how annoying they might be.
