Nothing more than what you've done. You've called Hershey and they'll probably try to compensate you. Though I doubt free chocolates going to be something you want. I certainly wouldn't buy food from the store again. My guess would be they became infested at the store (primarily because of the life cycle involved here), not Hershey, maybe the distributor. Unfortunately spoiled food is part of life. You just need to be more aware and careful of checking your food (visually, smell and exp. dates). You won't suffer and ill effects from eating maggots (delicacy elsewhere in the world) other than bad memories and never being able to eat chocolate again. So is life, good nasty story for the telling tho.

Nothing more you can do. While it is definitely gross, your stomach acid will have killed any maggots, think of it as extra protein...
I'd freeze the remainder of the bar in case Hershey wants to see it.
I am also thinking that it is probably more the fault of the store, for not rotating the stock.
Too bad you are off chocolate as Hershey will probably repay you in kind...
;P

get some compensation
get a no win no fee legal guy & take em for all they are worth
they will settle out of court as they wont want the publciity
a friend of mine got 10K from McD's for the same stuff
as soon as he reported it they offered him a refund, vouchers but wanted the burger back - luckily he took it with him & passed it onto enviro health - their evidence was all he needed & McDs settled quickly

Since the store was uncooperative, report them to the health inspector. I hope you saved proof - a picture or something.
