Light-colored stool together with vomiting, diarrhea, and flu-like symptoms may be a sign of hepatitis. About 60,000 children in USA get Hepatitis A every year.
I suggest that you take your daughter to a doctor for proper medical examination.

When I was being tested after mistakenly diagnosed with Crohns' disease, I had to drink a body purifier that made my body flush out my system, until my body was totally flushed, my stool color changed consistently. The dr told me this is normal with these types of tests, but if you aren't drinking anything like that, then it's not exactly normal as far as I know. All that I know in regards to this, is from my experience. Your dr could probably answer this over the ph; if he has been treating you long enough, he should know what effects your meds have and if it is the result from something in your treatment program. The only creature I am sure of that has white stools is a snake, its the worst smelling poop I have ever had the experience of knowing too!

White is never a good color to have in your stools. It could be just the end result of a bad infection, but it also could be a sign of a serious complication. Definitely be concerned until the doctor can explain what is going on and why something this far from normal would be normal.

White poop can occur from medications, or predominantly white food that passes through the digestive system so fast it doesn't get digested. If it isn't caused by either of these things, it means that something is wrong with the liver or something is obstructing the bile duct. It would be a good idea to get her to a doctor if you can't identify a cause.

Hmm, sounds alot like hep A. It could also be from the stomach virus. I also know that leukemia can produce white stool, but I highly doubt that it is that. Get her checked for Hep A and ask your DR. about it. He will know to check for Leukemia if that is a possibility.

If she hasn't been eating much, this is usually a combination of food and bile. There is nothing to worry about unless it continues after she is well.
