Wendy's would be the best:) and if your trying to lose weight u should drop the lemonade and get water.

The chicken at both places are very likely just breaded stuff, probably the parts of the chicken that were leftover at slaughter. The fries are nothing more than sticks of grease (at least that's what they were a few years ago when I still at at those places.) The lemonade is probably chemical flavored powder with sugar. (Water with lemon 0r lemon juice would be better. That' what I do when I eat out. It's also free.)
I think it's sad and ironic that a group of people who do a great service to their bodies by the extensive workouts they do several times a week would go to places that do not serve healthy food. Well, Wendy's has the baked potato. Just because you go to these places with your freinds, doesn't mean you have to eat. Im very picky and McDonald's isn't even worth my business for a cup of coffee. I don't even go to Wendy's often and I still own stock. (It's better financially now, I think for me to keep it there than to sell it and buy stock in something worthwhile. Eh. Because of the split, I also own Tim Horton's stock. I get dividend checks from them at least. Not bad considering I technically didn't spend a dime to buy the stock, as Wendy's bought Tim's after I bough my last share.)
This is just my opinion.

McDonald's now do healthier meals, for example for kid's Happy Meals (not very filling, but just to give you an idea) you can have chicken nuggets with carrot sticks and milk.
You could try having a salad, although I don't tend to find fast food restaurants' salads very appetizing.
If you only have a choice between the above meals, choose Wendy's, as it is lower in calories.

When you are at Wendy's or McDonald's why not get the chicken salad and forget about the fried stuff? The salads are really good -- especially Wendy's mandarin chicken salad. And no lemonade, drink water.

ewwww! none of them! both of those fast food resturants are full of grease and fat!
why not try a place that has some healthy options (and understands hygine!)
try Nandos cause there you can have a healthy chicken pitta with salad and everyone else can have fried chicken and much more.
But if i had to choose id choose wendy's!

well i my mind would say to choose the wendys, but my stomach will say go with the mcdonalds. But its okay to eat fast food, especially that youre a basketball player, just make sure to work it out later. Just remember, its not what you put it your mouth, its how much.
