It sounds like worms. teh best thing is to take a stool sample to the vets. Gettign the over the counter dewormers is a waste of money these are a wide range wormer and therefore is consantrated of a specific types of wormes and don't kill the worms all the way and it will be a short time and you will be having problems again.
What the vet gives is the best . It may be a little more expensive than over the counter but the dose given should take care of the problem.
Another idea is talk to teh vet about heartworm preventative these prevent teh dog form getting heartworm as well as most other worms.

Sounds like worms to me

Just call up your vet and they'll probably ask you to bring a stool sample. It takes about 24 hours to find out what kind of worms they have. Most puppies have them so there is no real reason for concern, just get him the meds and in no time he'll feel great!

Hi, It probably is worms. I would go to the vet or look in the grocery store for dog dewormers. However, if it's a tapeworm--the vet will be needed. You cant get tapeworm dewormer w/o the vet. The sooner you rid your pup of worms--the better.

Take him to the vet, the med. is not expensive most puppies have worms, one way to tell is if his belly is fat. And don't let your animals eat plants!
