hopeless with boys?

I go to a very small christian school and i am in 8th grade. I went on vacaction for a few days while i liked this guy i came back and found out the guy i liked likes someone else and that another guy likes me. He is really sweet and he has liked me for about 3 to 4 weeks now without me ricipricating the same "feelings". The thing is i dont really know him i have no classes with him and i am extreamly shy and so is he at least around me. I have not had a boyfriend but it has been my choice to sta single i am 5'3" and blond hair blue eyes i am really good at tumbling and play club vollyblall he plays football and is really good at basketball. One time he offered to walk me home from school (I was to embarrassed and said no thats ok) another time at a football game I was really cold and he offered me his sweatshirt (I was embarrassed again and said thats ok). The thing is everyone in our grade knows and thay are really pressuring me and all i want right know is to get to know him.

You don't sound that Hopeless. Ok, so you don't know him yet.....that is what dating is for....you date to get to know someone(it's the whole point of dating).

So spend some time with him(it does not have to be a date). Walking home would be a good time to spend together.

Don't be embarrassed so much....this is all natural and the way things are meant to be....(this whole dating thing is part of god's plan after all...date, get married, have kids...there is a guide book out there written by him...humm what was the name of it?)
