There are two classifications for disease; contagious and zoonotic. Contagious disease are spread from one species to the same species. Zoonotic diseases are spread from one special to another species. For example feline immunodeficiency virus, feline infectious peritonitis virus, and feline leukemia are contagious and can not be spread from cat to human or human to cat. Leptospirosis is zoonotic and can easily be spread from one animal to another. Here are some zoonotic diseases;
bartonellosis-non-fatal and typically goes away on it's own.
salmonellosis- non-fatal and treatable. Normally resolves on it's own.
Visceral larva migrans- potentially non-fatal but serious and effects the eyes and other organs.
Parasitic Infections-non-fatal
Cutaneous larva migrans- non-fatal
Ringworm-non-fatal
cryptosporidiosis-non-fatal
giardiasis- non-fatal
toxoplasmosis- Typically tratable but more difficult with those with a lowered immune system.
rabies- typically fatal in cats and dogs if contracted but treatable in humans.
leptospirosis- potentially fatal in cats within a couple of weeks but takes several months for humans to show symptoms.

Kittens are vaccinated for distemper, feline leukemia, upper respiratory, then at 6 months Rabies. None of these we are contagious to humans & animals as they have some simular systoms as we do. The ones that kill cats more than any other is the Feline Leukemia, Rabies.
Zoonoses is a upper resp. but it is very hard to catch. We all have some sort sniffle or cough & when our animal acts this way we think he/she picked it up from us. My nephew was little developed ring worm my sister sworn that he got it from my cat, well all they do is put the cat under a floresent light and if the cat doesn't have ring worm then thats not where it came from. It is just like people are afraid of this cat scratch fever well simply keep the scratch clean & then it will be o.k. Hygene for you and your animals...most important!

Zoonoses (also called zoonotic diseases) are diseases that can be passed from animals to man. Most diseases are species specific. Humans don't catch cat flu despite urban legends to the contrary. Most zoonotic diseases can be avoided through good hygiene - disinfecting areas which have become contaminated, washing hands after handling contaminated items (including cats) and wearing rubber gloves to prevent infectious matter entering skin wounds. The majority of diseases pose no threat to humans and can be treated by your doctor. A few are more dangerous to those with poor immune systems and a very small minority are unquestionably dangerous e.g. rabies.
The web article below has lots of information about diseases spread from cats to humans.

This is a huge subject. In summary, no we generally don't have diseases which are mutually contagious. Cats face many diseases, which you can prevent by vaccinating them, de-worming them and spaying/neutering them. Also by taking them to the vet whenever you see something unusual, like loss of appetite, excessive drinking, frequent urination, sneezing or coughing, etc. Also by giving them the appropriate food. What you can get from cats is ringworm(a skin fungus which is easily treated in humans once diagnosed) and toxoplasma, which you can get from cat feaces, if you don't take good hygiene measures, but this is not dangerous unless you are pregnant. If the cat is indoors and eats no raw meat or rats, it is safe after 2 months that he doesn't have it, so you can't get it from him.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/XsGc0
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.
