As you have Arthritis you should return to the Doc and explain that the Tylenol Arthritis is not working and see what your options are.

If you alternate between tylenol three and tylenol arthritis every 4 hours you should not run into problems but taking them both as frequently as allowed with damage your liver and possible kill you.

Lily doing that might put to much tylenol in your system. Tylenol in large dose can harm kidneys.
