Yesterday and this morning, my chest has been hurting. I'm pretty sure it's my heart. When I do a sit-up motion, I get some pain/pressure in there, I also get pain/pressure if I take a deep inhale. I'm 16, I'm 5'10''ish, and I weight about 160. What's going on? I haven't gotten like any exercise since school started ( September 5th ) because well, school... and it's been cold outside. If I were to do some treadmill exercises will the pain go away?

Brady: Thankyou. =]

Also, I definitely don't eat the healthiest of foods. I eat fast food almost every day, and I eat school lunch. However, I'm not considered obese by any means. I've eaten like this for a long time.

Another thing that worries me is that I'll end up like my grandpa, who two weeks ago, had to get quadruple bypass. He's doing fine, but I don't want to deal with that.

If you are having some pain in your chest at your age, I would say it's probably heart burn. Heart burn can feel like a sharp, stabbing tight pain. I'm not a doctor, but a nurse that has seen lots of cp's , so it might not be a bad idea to have it checked out by your family doctor.
Good luck, and get better soon.
