Jealousy is a really nasty feeling... I hate it! I avoid it at all cost because it does nothing but damage yourself esteem. If possible, go to the party! If not... don't worry about it. If this guy likes you, he will stay true to his feelings & you'll have nothing to worry about. If he doesn't then he didn't deserve you to begin with! HIS lose, not yours! Have faith within yourself... You are fabulous & it seems he already knows this!

You don't need nice words you need someone to HIT you over the head!!, If you know that this guy likes you so much then why have he not ask you to go and then you can see what's really going on at the party instead of driving yourself crazy sitting at home wondering about what is really the truth. You really do not know if someone likes, care or love you , we just hope for the best, If you are sure then STOP worry about it, fine the good in you and trust only the Creator!!!

It sounds like you need to gain some confidence or that you need to be able to make better choices in guys. Sometimes when our confidence is low, we choose what we think we deserve rather than what we really want. If you are choosing guys who will disappoint you, then that's what you'll get.....disappointment. You have to be able to trust someone in order to be in a relationship or it will never work.
The real issue here is that you are already putting expectations on a guy that you are not even in a relationship with yet. That's not exactly a quality that guys are going to appreciate. Why don't you go do something with your friends the night of the party. You don't want to become a person who is just at home waiting.

Jealousy is normal. I know people say it's wrong but I'm 20 and I get jealous all the time. It's just who I am. I don't do or say things that would prevent the person I'm with or interested in from doing things they wanted to, but I still have the feeling.

Put on a good movie, watch it. (not a chick-flik!)
If you are a Christian, ask the Holy Spirit to help you with this. Seek His word on this. If God loves you as much as He says He does, you know He wants what is going to bring you to live a life worth living. You know He is always there.
(If you're not a Christian, you mostlikey have no idea what I'm talking about. )

Don't be jealous, yeah I know easier said than done, why don't you keep yourself busy and do something. Don't call him, guys like girls who are confident besides if he does like you as much as you think he might he'll be thinking of you all night.
