Hello again,
So the thing is, Im a BSc student and its a thermal design H.W , so basically having a good guideline (step-by-step) will save me much effort in looping around figures and tables...

I don't think the design wanted is too complicated, just the basics...
Can anybody help!?

The manufacturers put out tables that show which components go together, their tonnage, and efficiency ratings. If you can get an oversize evaporator it will be a little more energy efficient and more resistant to icing up.

The best tables for refrigerant come from DuPont search 'SUVA' register and the properties tables will be available to you.
There are also velocity charts for sizing lines.
As for the design process, it is complicated, if you have never done it, I would suggest purchasing the system engineering manual from Copeland Compressor/ I can give you a quick run down, but the decisions are to numerous to email.
Why not just purchase a pre-built system? Are there special requirements?
