I was only a baby, so I don't remember, and I don't think Algeria was a very nice place then. I spent the first months of my life in a country at war.

I liked Rhine Mien air base as a brat
In the NavyI went to Guam. either is good. Get the one on the leeward side and you will get some good diving in
But really, the first answer is best

I really enjoyed Kadena, Okinawa, but absolutely loved Fort Campbell, KY. I got married there.
