There are not a lot of ways. Some might say its surgery. I am holistic, I do make with my own formula a lotion cream that has vit e and coca butter that would drastically make a difference. If you want try it, I would send a free sample of my herb cream. email me your mailing address if you wish. cathykaiser@cox.net or kaiser.cathy@yahoo.com

Ahh right you can't, alothough after quite a few years it may fade, but never completely go.
I mean ok i'm not denying it i've selfharmed before and the markings haven't gone, it depends how deep, well they went on my arm and you can see a faint bit there but it's not noticable, but on me leg... thats another story.
It takes time, and it varys on how deep its carved in. But it will never go completely.
It will always be there unless you got pointless surgery where the docotors cover it with skin cut from your leg or something.

Well, you cant get rid of it, per se, but you can diminish the effects of it by rubbing cocoa butter lotion on it after it has healed/scabbed/and scarred. Im assuming that it was done a while ago, and now you are left with an unsightly scar of some sort. The best thing you could do, is use cocoa butter on it, or some sort of other scar-treatment lotions or rubs.

Short of surgery... depending on how deep it is, you can get micro dermabrasion or peels that might lessen the severity of the scar. There are also products at the drug store that also are meant to make the scar less noticeable. However, there isn't much you can do that will rid it completely. Talk to your doctor... they can steer you in the right direction seeing it in person.

use a glue gun and Drano. just pour the glue on the carving let it sit then wipe off wit Drano. if you don't have Drano you can use turpentine but not alot. if comes off with effort and you might be alil raw. after wards put coco butter on the scar for healing and within 1-2 weeks you should see a difference in your skin. it might be alil light but the coco butter will bring your pigment back.......

I'm lying......lol

This is not something you yourself can fix.

You need to go to a doctor.
Skin can't be repaired by a regular person.
It may take a skin graft or that type of surgery.
