Yes she can get pregnant and most likely will get pregnant unless you get her neutered. If you really can't afford this then there is help. You sound like you're not in UK so im not sure on the societies/ organisations you have. But I know in the UK we have the RSPCA and Cats Protection League, i think you have similar. They will be able to offer vouchers for neutering. Or you can go to a clinic run by them. If you search on the internet you will find your nearsest.
Please get her neutered asap as kittens take care such as worming, feeding, and possible flea treatment. If you're cat has not been vaccinated against cat flu they could also get this and die as kittens. As she is still so young there could also be complications during birth as she is still small and not full grown. This could result in emergency treatment such as caessarian. Good luck and I hope you find the help you need!

okay you know what to have a cat in a home where it must be an out side cat because people have allergies is unfair to have the cat.
Personally i think you need to find a new home that you feel comfortable giving the cat to who can properly care for the cat, and not put buying a dryer, or providing 300 dollar party for a 16 yr old which is insane.
It's not just the spaying of the cat, it's the food, the indoor life the cat should have, the shots, and constant upkeep. None the less an emergency vet bill that can run over 300 alone.
Please give the cat to a home who can keep her inside and doesn't have a money issue.

A cat can get pregnant before 7 months. I had one booked in to be spayed but she got out and got caught and she was only 5 months old!
If your family has allergy problems and your Mum doesn't want one, which it sounds like, why have you even got a Cat?????
If there is a PDSA where you live I'd take her there as they can help with Low cost Spaying and the Vaccinations she needs to survive as an outdoor cat. She will also need a safe place to shelter in, a shed or garage and should be kept confined till she is spayed!
If you can't do this then I think you should seriously consider giving her to the nearest Cat Rescue Organisation and letting her be re-homed. For her sake!
edit: just seen the dollar sign so guess you are American and don't have PDSA so try the Local Humane Society they may be able to help with the costs!

Please see if there is an inexpensive or free spay/neuter program in your area. If not, then keep her inside and try to get your siblings allergy shots.
But that would probably cost as much as a spay.
The world is critically over-populated with kittens who cannot find homes. Call ALL of the animal shelters and vets in your area and see if anyone can give you a discount or subsidize this spaying.
You are the cat's mother now, and mother's have the responsibility to take care of their children. Get a part-time job and see if you can earn money to get her spayed. See if anyone will spay her on the installment plan. Possibly not, but if you are earnest and sincere, perhaps a S/N organization may take pity on you.
Good luck. And if you know anyone willing to take in Boots and keep her inside--a friend, or neighbor--do the right thing and let her find refuge.

Right, let's see. You have a cat that has to live outside in all weathers. You don't know the first thing about looking after it, and it's more important to blow 300 bucks on a child's birthday party than to pay the vet's bill?
She's probably already pregnant. You're not prepared to pay to have her spayed, so she won't have had her shots either. She's bound to be riddled with worms and fleas. I can't see that you'll be prepared to foot the bill for the kittens when she has them, or the extra cost of looking after her properly. It's November now, so she'll be having them outside in winter.
There are charities that help towards vets' bills for families on low incomes, but if you can afford that much just for a stupid party, I doubt you'll qualify.
Rehome it to someone with a clue and a sense of responsibility. This is a living creature and not a stuffed toy.
Anyone got the number for the RSPCA?

Yes, she can get pregnant. Even if the neighbours' cats are neutered, a male will come from far away if there is a fertile female there. I think you must be responsible and spay her, even if you have to ask the vet for an arrangement to pay later or ask for a small loan from a friend or the humane society. It's better to find a solution now than to haveto find a place for the babies, which will mean that these or other babies in their place may end up dead in a shelter.
Oh , and at this age if she does get pregnant it is very dangerous for her, she could die.

yessss ur cat can get pregnant at 7 months, my cat got pregnant at 5 months and she is an indoor cat.. she got out once and thats all it took...ur cat wont get pregnant unless shes in heat, so as soon as heat symptoms start taking place...since u cant keep her inside see if u can keep her at a family friends house, or get a payment plan with the vets, (most vets do it) where u only have to pay monthly..,kidna like a credit thing...good luck with that, and hopefully she doesnt get pregnant because if she does, she will have her kittens outside obviously, since shes not allowed in...which can be dangerous for them at times....also if she does become pregnant and u come up with the money to spay her, u can get the kittens aborted ( as sad as that is) but the kitten population isss so huge...and might end up being better for them rather than being out in the wild..
oh and by the way, if u have a spay and neuter clinic in ur town, they only charge like 60.00 to spay...or any spca clinic....check it out..

Yes, she can get pregnant at 7 mo.......Yes you should worry. Why not get her spayed and then you would not have to worry so much. Make sure that she is also up to date on vaccines. If she is an outdoor cat, she needs feline distemper, feline leukemia and rabies vaccines to be protected. If money is an issue check at the ASPCA or your local animal control to see if there are any low cost spay/neuter clinics in the area. You might also check into CareCredit, (which is a credit card for medical expenses) and see if your family could qualify. Good luck, I hope your cat is not pregnant yet. Oh, and I would not wait to do any of this, do it today.

Boots can get pregnant very easily. At her age, if the kittens survive, they may be small and sickly. I guess you are in the States, as you use the term "Mom" for your mother. Suggest you find a nearby cat shelter to take your cat, as she obviously isn't getting the care and attention she deserves with your family.

Do you have a humane society near town? If you do, some will offer very low cost clinics and spay and neuter surgeries. I know the one in my town costs only $35-$60 per female cat and the local vet's costs $180. Also, maybe you can build her an encloser or let here live in your garage so males can't get in.
