I started doing weights when i was 14, now im 18, my cheek muscles have been flaten coz of the hard workout and stuff, so now when it comes to beauty of face it makes me look ugly,

can you suggest anyway I can keep doing weights and build up my cheek muscles too?

Your body fat percentage is probably lower than what is healthy. Training for looks only is not wise and is not healthy. There is nothing wrong with weight training to improve your muscle function but when taken to extremes it isn't good for your overall health.

The body needs fat (most people have too much but it sounds like you don't have enough). Eat a balanced diet and don't over-train. Make sure that you have at least one day of complete rest per week.
