My dog has a large lump on it which has began to bleed and leek fluid.
He often licks it and seems to be very stiff.
My dong has stopped getting up to see me when I come home.
He has a dry dandruff coat and with also acne on his muzzle.
He also has issues with strange behavior.
he is being badly behaved which is not like him at all.
Can this be cancer?

yes it could!!! go to your pet's doctor right away! He also may be very old. He could have some other disease. This might scare you, but if your dog is old you may have to put him asleep. ):

Undoubtedly waste no time and get your dog to your vet to have this lump checked out.
It very much sound like a possible tumour of some description and the fact as well, that your dog is not as active as he normally is and the lump is weeping as well as his general poor skin condition, most definately calls for prompt veterinary attention.
His behaviour could also be down to him feeling unwell or even in pain,so please, please take him to the vet as soon as.

It could be, or it could be a bacterial infection. You need to take your dog to the vet immediately.
