I'm keeping to a low-calorie diet, but my friend asked me to go out to dinner with her today. What can I eat that's around 400 calories or less and doesn't have meat? I really have no idea.

I eat more in the morning / early afternoon then try to eat a small dinner.

Hey, before you go to dinner eat something so you dont go really hungry, and when you get there order a glass of water with lemon as this will fill you up further. They usually have a good selection of salads at restaurants so order a salad and ask for any dressings to be on the side, then you can put just a little on yourself. If you can eat fish, order grilled fish with vegetables..you should be fine.

BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS LOOK UP THE MENU ON LINE AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE AND TAKE IT FROM THERE. 400 CALORIES IS NOT MUCH., I HOPE YOU ARE BEING SAFE.
