Well, I will not comment on your reasoning for wishing to own a hi-cap weapon. It is not my place do judge.
Since you stated you are NOT 21 yet, I have a solution that will probably be very interesting to you.
There is this 'rifle' that is made by Keltec of Florida. It's called the Sub 2000 and it comes in 9mm and 40 SW. The interesting fact of this little thing is the rifle folds in half for storage. It can fit in a normal lap top bag. Link: http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/sub2000.html MSRP is around $400, but I have seen them for lower.
The second interesting part of this rifle is, the magazine type can be specified. As in, you can buy one that uses Beretta, Sig OR Glock mags. The rifle is also a composite like a Glock pistol (made out of plastic/polymer).
I would suggest getting a Sub 2000 with the Glock magazine. The factory hi capacity Glock magazines are fairly cheap now. I think the 31 round magazine is about $30.00
When you are 21, you'll be tempted to buy an Uzi, Mac or Tec 9/AB10 'gaster' gun. I would highly suggest against it. The Uzi and Macs are "okay", but the Tec's, forget it. I made the mistake of buying one long ago (about your age). Save your $$$$. The AB10 I got was made out of very poor material (barrel rifling was practically non existent or was shot out over time). Save your money and buy a Glock 9mm pistol- there are tons out there. That way, the mags you use in your Sub 2000 can be used in the pistol (less mags to own).
Oh, there is another weapon that uses Glock mags built by Olympic Arms. Is is a 9mm AR with a magazine well to accept Glocks. Looks like a normal AR15, but in 9mm (and only 9mm). Unfortunately, it's a bit more then what you would prob. want to spend (about $900+) Plus, I do not know what state you live in. Some states ban AR's and even the Sub 2000.
The only other option to get 100 rounds is to find a rifle that can use a 9mm Beta C magzine. Unfortunatley, the list is a little shorter (Colt 9mm's and HK 9mm can, but both are $1000+ carbines). I've seen Calico's, but they tend to be pricey also- but they have a built in magazine of 50 or 100 rounds. But all that weight and loading it ......

You're not saying what you want one for or why you would need such a large ammo capacity weapon but... If you can find the Ruger PC-9 they come with a 10 round magazine but 15, 20 and 30 rounds magazines are available for them.
Best.

I would question the reason for wanting this type of firearm. Sounds like you might have some growing up to do. I know you just want to spray a bunch of rounds but it's not very cost effective I mean 9mm is the cheapest handgun centerfire round around but it's still 6$ to 10$ per 50 and that's just straight FMJ's hollow points are twice that. Get a Ruger 10/22 they make hi-cap mags for them have a blast cheap. If you have more money than sense get a Carbon 15 and a beta mag oh don't forget the tac-rails for your flashlight, laser site, and red dot scope and a huge dildo for yer bum.

I've never heard of a 9mm "rifle". I have seen and handled several 9mm "carbines" that ranged from junk to fair. I think the best I saw was the Marlin "camp carbine" series that were chambered in 9mm and .45acp and used S&W pistol magazines. You can also get ar-15 carbines chambered in 9mm from several manufacturers. The nice part is, you can change uppers and have an all new firearm in several different caliber choices. The draw back is the 9mm mags and adapters are costly.

Ruger use to make the PC9, 9mm carbine. with a 15 round magazine. It was last listed in their 2006 catalog, and does NOT appear in their 2007 catalog, so I guess they discontinued it. Colt use to make the CAR 15 in 9mm, but Colt doesn't really want the civilian business anymore.

Pathfinder and H are correct. The Ruger PC-9 is your best bet. First though, check your state and local laws. You may have to be 21 and up to even purchase pistol caliber ammo (excluding .22 LR).

100 round 9mm magazines? Stick to video games. That's where such guns are most common, and it's also the only place where they're actually practical.

Have you thought about counseling instead?
No, really. Whatever you're thinking, it's not too late to get help.
