Use the N400 if your applying to become a US citizen and it takes a year but mine took for atleast 6months depends on the processing, coz they have to check your background and everything first, your finger printing is usually done like a month after you file th N400 application for naturalization. While N600 is for an individual to document U.S. citizenship status based on citizen parentage. like if the child is minor and born outside the US and their parents are citizens already,

If you need to apply for the US Citizenship, then you need to file N-400. N-600 is the Application for Certificate of Citizenship, for the people who already obtained Citizenship or US Citizen filing for the adopted child.
Go to the USCIS website and search Citizenship or Naturalization. Good luck.

If she isn't able to be there, the utility would be denied for loss of prosecution. you do no longer would desire to withdraw it and the denial won't effect her citizenship or forestall a sparkling submitting.
