I need lose some pounds extra that I have, but, I hope that the methods used doesn't have side effect. I prefer Natural suplement or pills medically proven that's all I need.

You are right to prefer natural supplements, As it stands the foods we eat today do not give us what we need nutritional speaking. How fast are we talking here? I was on the Atkins diet and I lost 30lbs in a matter of months. You have to be strict and serious about it though. Go purchase his book, it's very enlightening and has very good recipes. For the most part you have to stay away from sugar, potatoes and rice. Stick with just meat and green veggies. By all means, do your research! All diets don't work for everyone. Good luck!

The way you eat must be your lifestyle. You cannot lose weight and expect it to stay off if you don't continue to eat right. Work out. Eat healthy foods. Drink water and cut out all sodas. Diet sodas are just as bad for you. Best wishes!

Work out and eat less. Run, that is the cheapest and best way to loose weight. There is no easy way to lose weight and keep it off. All the diet plans, supplements are rubbish.

Pills usually do have an effect to losing weight, they don't really work, when you pay close attention to the ads, it's usually biased, try lose it the healthy and natural way with dieting and exersizing.
