A guy dreams about this all the time. A guy looks at women like food. A guy may love peperoni pizza, but he doesn't want to eat it every night.... So the answer is yes, but it is a very complicated task, seeing how we can't multi-task very well...

yes they can and some are really great that they can do more.
key signs of knowing that your not the only one:
he doesnt have a home phone
he can only call you
his cell phone is off or he doesnt respond soon when he's out with friends
he can only see you on certain days
after a month of dating you havent been at his apartment
he has many female cousins or sisters and moms in his cell phone contact list
he phone is always blocked or he's sensitive with you playing with his phone.

Yes, and you should dump him immediately because he will always have that problem until he finds the "one" or he may never be able to commit to one woman. Some people fall in and out of "love" way too easily.
