Missing persons report with the police, make posters and spread them around town. Start calling the parents of all her friends, talk to teachers, find out who she hung out with. Call and alert all relatives that she may try to go see. You don't give any details as to when she left, how old she is, how self sufficient she is, what was the situation behind her leaving and so on.
