We're having Beef Tips over Rice . More often than not, when I want chicken and dumplings, I make the Chicken and Dumpling Casserole instead. Try it sometime, too!!

chicken and dumplings sounds soo good! I don't think I will be cooking today, if I do it will be something quick in the microwave! lol My husband has to work this evening so I usually do not cook when he is working. I cannot afford to go out tonight either.....
the lasgana that someone mentioned earlier sounds good too lol I really would like a very cheesy pizza (but can't eat pizza anymore :( )

I make my chicken n' dumplings in the slow cooker. It turns out SOOOO good! But not today, I'm making greasy, old fashioned pan-fried cheeseburgers with fried onions and Ore Ida french fries!
How do you make your dumplings? If you'd care to share....

I am hungry for Paula Deen's- The Lady and Sons Lasagna
You have got to go to www.foodnetwork.com and get this recipe and make it. I think that it is the best lasagna recipe I have ever seen. It has seven cheeses. My family thinks that I am the best cook ever. But I tell them me and Paula!!! It is srumpdeliecious!!

We went out for dinner tonight. We had Mexican.. Was very nice but I have been craving for fresh fish lately, lightly battered with a home made tomato/herb/garlic sauce!That will be tomorrows lunch i think!!!
