Maybe just the soy puddin and the apple but I would ditch the cabbage. It doesn't sound like breakfast to me.
♣ Enjoy!

No. Everything you mentioned is a carbohydrate. You ate no protein or fat. The Soy garbage is very unhealthy for you. Soy slows down your thyroid, takes minerals out of your body, especially iron (about 50%) and put phytoestrogens in you and takes away a lot of your testosterone. The protein in soy is only about 60% absorbable and the rest is toxic to the body. Go to a local book store or some informed health food stores will have this book called: "The Whole Soy Story." Buy it and read it and you will understand the problems with this garbage. If soy is fermented like the Japanese eat it, it is an o.k. food, but not the way it is used in America. The soy plants extract Aluminum from the soil and put nitrogen back into it and this is good for the farmer, but not for you.
The steamed cabbage is very good because it contains nutrients only found in cabbage that is good for your stomach used by many societies in the world to get rid of ulcers. The golden delicious apple is probably not organic, so your body will not derive very much energy from it because it most likely contains a lot of chemical fertilizer residue and insecticide sprays.
The ideal breakfast is to have about 40% protein, 30% carb, and 30% fats. The high carb, low fat diets wreak havoc with your digestive system and are simply not good for you. The carbs are like the kindling in a fire and give you only temporary energy, the fats are like the logs and this is where you get sustained energy, and the protein is like very large logs that take a long time to burn and this is what the body uses as long term storage of energy. Eating a high carb, low fat diet will eventually severely damage your fat digesting glands, like your gall bladder and liver and you will get high cholesterol issues like many Americans. It's no wonder 3 out of 4 Americans die of heart disease each year. The food industry marketing guru's have done a great job in selling the idea that high carb, low fat is good for you. No culture in the world has sustained good health on this type of diet. Go to the following web site and read about a dentist that, in the early 1930's went around the world in search of diets that made people healthy: http://www.westonaprice.org/
He studied 12 or more cultures in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Took pictures, blood samples, analyzed people and their food. You are going to have to educate yourself on what is good and not listen to the so called "experts" that are nothing more than "hired guns" for the food industry in America if you want to be healthy.
good luck to you

Cabbage for breakfast?Ehm it sounds weird to me...
But anyways,it is good to eat an apple AND cereals or something else, although you chose pudding...Not THAT healthy but it's breakfast so it's ok,just don't eat pudding EVERY SINGLE morning, opt more for cereals/brown bread with low fat cheese...

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.easy-diet-fit.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

It may be healthy, but the cabbage would ruin everything.
