She must be declared your legal dependant -- then she would be eligible for all benefits until she turns 21 unless she's a full time college student in which case it would be 23 or 24. Unless there are other reasons that she would need to continue to be your dependant then it can be arranged for older people.

You would need to go to JAG (or your legal aide equivalant) first and then go from there.

Best Wishes.

On top of all these other things you would have to be paying at least 51% of her living expenses...

If she truely was made your dependent she would get medical benifits until she was out of college or turned 22.

Yes, as stated above, you have to have legal custody.
She can be a dependent until she is 24, if she is a full time college student, 21 if not
Good Luck

As stated above, she needs to be a dependant by guardianship, or if she has a medical problem, you could out her on...I have forgotten the program, but she has to have amedical condition that requires you to take care of her, kind of like a disability, I doubt she has this, but if she does have any medical needs you could consider that.

it is extremely difficult to add secondary dependents. you would have to declare her on your taxes and be declared her legal guardians before you can even THINK about getting permission from the military to add her to the Page two.

you would need to have a court order stating she is your legal dependent, the only benefits she would get would be to shop at the px/bx and the commissary...she doesn't get any medical...you might be able to get a bigger housing unit while she is your dependent but once she turns 21 she can no longer be your dependent...

unless you are here legal guardians, you cannot add her as a dependent. If you can become her legal guardians, she can be your dependent for a couple more years.
