Wow! Very funny answers. Yes, a person can be knocked out from a strike to the groin. It doesn't happen often, but it DOES happen.

Yes, however it is not instantaneous as a blow to the head it can take 20 to 30 seconds. That is a long time when you are fighting for your life so you need much more than that in your arsenal. However it is worth a shot in a life or death situation to take it.
A person can die from it only if the blow is extremely sever and untreated. You could as well cut off his family line as well.

If the pain is bad enough possibly. Your body might go unconscious in an effort to try and reduce the pain. Kind of like how you sweat to reduce heat.

For the people who think from that region, they can go unconscious from a direct hit. Just kidding. I think if you felt enough pain you could be disabled, but I never heard of someone going unconscious from it.
