True perspectives are formed from our experiences. But if others haven't experienced what you have experienced, how do they know that it's not true.
So basically when you give a best answer, your only going on your experiences, or the one that makes more sense to you.

EXAMPLE...
Therefore if you're an unbeliever in God for example... Just because you have not experienced God in some way...LIKE OTHERS HAVE, don't mean that God don't exist.

What is your perspective on this question of perspective of basically truth?
What is the correct true answers?
ANY THOUGHTS?

Pilate asked jesus a question and it was what is truth?

I believe what ppl now days only believe what they see and hear, No longer does their heart have any say for it remains closed. But sadly even Christians claim to believe in God but within their actions they show no faith. but who has not at times?
Does your oppinion matter yes it does, it matters to you and that is the only thing that matters, But always keep a open made of you could be wrong and you could be right, because your mind will play tricks on you but your heart will never lie to you.

Actually,I try to choose the "best answer"as legitimately as I can. They need not agree with me.If,for example,I post a question "To Christians"I will ALWAYS pick my "best answer"from the Christian responses, even when I obviously do not agree with the answer. How could I pick an atheist answer on a question TO Christians. There are always a few who will take the time and write out a well reasoned answer, and while I may not agree,I give it "best answer"
I see Christians all the time.with questions directed TO atheists. Now how could another Christian receive "best answer"to a question not directed at them?It happens all the time. That isn't wanting a "best answer",that is wanting validation.
I need no validation.I am here to discuss.Even though an atheist almost never will get "best answer"to a question directed to atheists,I prefer to take the high ground, and not respond in kind

What you said makes total sense to me. You are right some answers are NOT the best answers. It is all in the perspective. The truth is only found in the Word of God.

Pick the answer that best fits where you are in your relationship with God.

I pray before I write questions or answer questions and just say, "Lord, don't let Jeancomm. show up, but your Spirit so I can type the answers correctly." Believe me, I can tell when I'm on here and I'm not walking in the Spirit.

Sometimes just "Lord, I want you to speak through me today,"
puts everything I do and say in alignment with the Lord. And that is where I want to always be.

You are right where the Holy Spirit wants you to be, because He is in you and He is purifying, refining and teaching you daily.

Have a blessed day, my friend.

Who cares?
I mean, yahoo answers is inherently flawed, and too open to beliefs instead of facts.
I mean, the asker isn't really an authority in the subject, and there are no authorities around to find the best answer, so ít's really a contest of whose answer fits the asker's beliefs the most, or at least who gives the most convincing answer, which is not necessarily the correct one, because conviction is, like you said, depends on your own experience.

You are absolutely correct- best answer is often picked based a lot on what you perceive as best in the terms that it applies to yourself. However it may also be picked because it is worded the most maturely, seems the most insightful, and is the best that applies to the question asked, even if it does not particularly suit you.

You definitely can't argue or question someones experience. The real question is are experiences trustworthy and accurate? Example: "I felt like I was floating and light as a feather?" There is the experience. Were you floating? Were you light a feather? Yet those are the things you are trusting. Very dangerous!

If people really believe God doesn't exist then why would they care about any right answer? I do believe when it comes to God there 'is' only one correct answer........but, not all of us know it yet...that's where growth and prayer and faith and trust come in...if you believe in God and you pray and ask and ask some more...be open to what comes to you. He will show you the way to 'the correct answer'.

In R&S, it's usually the answer that best conforms to the original poster's ideas that gets picked.

You don't pick the correct answer you pick the best answer. When I pick it is the one I like the best if it is correct or not.
