Long term, it's what's inside. But when meeting someone for the first time, it's appearances that matter. I find myself drawn to brunette and reds more than blondes because they are more "rare" in real life and everyone dyes thier hair blond. Of course, with hair coloring, anyone can be anything, including Goth Blue or Purple, or Punk Pink, or freakin' Green.

Why does it matter?
If you like someone, it's out of the fact that you like them for who they are. Although, with your question, it's a matter of what appeals to guys first, and that's all a matter of personal preference. Some guys immediately notice the blonde, and vice versa. Although, even if "the guy" (if there is one) has a preference for a brunette and your a blonde, make him notice you by your personality because that is what really counts.

i guess if you're asking about it superficially, i prefer brunettes. Brunettes are usually cuter, more unique imo. Especially cute- brown/dark brown hair with blue eyes. that is intense. Blondes are pretty too though, and can be sweet. It depends on the eyes too.

Yeah, both can be REALLY hot or REALLY not. If you and your lover are mature, than you will judge each-other by whats "on the inside." I dont blame you if your not however, itll happen. For now, just take this advice: DO NOT change your natural hair color. It will ALWAYS look better than a fake one.

It doesn't matter to me. As long as she attract me inside and out I would be good. Besides if I stuck to a preference, I would be severly limiting my dating prospects.
