I don't think he needs to shower, since he is not a physical being. Therefore, I must conclude that he doesn't shower with people. But maybe he waits just outside the bathroom until you are done.

Why would He bother? I don't think God pays attention to some things very much: like humans showering and using the toilet. I imagine He has plenty of other things to keep him occupied.

Remember He doesn't think like we do. That means He won't react or think thoughts that the average person will think. But if there happened to be a disater I would prefer to have God right there protecting me.
