I'm not trying 2b disrespectful, but Y would a 58 yo man be embarrassed 2 touch himself?

He is a very nice, easy going man. Sometimes I ask him to stimulate himself to get the balls rolling if U no what I mean and he appears to be embarrassed to touch himself. What physcological reason would cause that or is he just too much of a southern gentleman? He just says, "I've never done that". I'm not trying to change him but I was just curious if this was normal. He is also a religious man but not to the extreme. Besides that he doesn't appear to have any other hang ups about physical/mutual communication.

It dosnt matter what age he is, or where he is from. He is embarrassed plain and simple.

Sounds to this old fella like his religious upbringing may have played a role in his lack of interest in stimulating himself. Perhaps the two of you seeking the help of a professional sex or relationship expert may be beneficial. Best of luck to you both.

Older men aren't as "familiar" with their bodies as the younger "sexual" generation is. Older men are generally more reserved than younger men...especially nowadays. Add the fact that he's religious and he's probably never done anything like that before...

Perhaps you could help him out...approach him gently. He'll get the idea.
