Why would you want to sue? Mistakes happen. Did it hurt you? Write to the company and tell them. Probably get 5 tonne of free snickers. Lucky you

I was searching the web to see if any others had found an object in their snickers. On the 16th of November my daughter bit into one and her tooth was chipped along with her gum being cut..... I have all weekend long been freaked out about this and now I have began to wonder if this was an accident or if something critical is going on...... She goes to the dentist today to ensure no glass is in her gum as this is what the object looked like to me..... I have contacted the place of purchase and I have sent an email to the company to hopefully make them aware of the situation and prevent any further damage to other children..... or adult for that matter.....

you should only sue the company if their product hurts you in some way. please dont contribute to the moral decline of society by adding to the tons of stupid "money for nothing" lawsuits already tying up the judicial process . the courts are there to give compensation not to award people for finding faults . if you want free money, try the lottery. however , if you were hurt and cracked your tooth or something biting into the snickers bar you should be compensated and non of this applies to you. i'm not a lawyer by the way

Ill tell you one thing your not going to find a lawyer on the internet.
Although if you present a well thought out case you may be able to sue. My friend found a razor blade in his burger and he won the case

do not remove or disrupt the object. Save packaging and receipt. See an attorney asap. Do not speak to anyone about this except the lawyer.

Finding a foreign object is worth replacement of the object. If you want to make a bodily injury claim, you will have to show you were injured because of eating the tainted product.
