I woke up today and felt very sick, I went to pee and realised that my pee was more neon yellow than a yellow highlighter!!! I couldnt believe how bright it was! Is this ok? What does tihs mean?

Could be that you are NOT drinking enough!
Pale wee is healthy wee and means you are drinking well. If you are concerned, see your doctor. If you are not weeing that much either, could be a sign that you are dehydrated.

Some vitamin supplements will turn your urine bright yellow or
it can also be from not drinking enough water.

the color of your urine just depends on what you drink...it becomes clear when you drink water so it doesn't really matter just as its not green or so on

normally i would say you had a lot of vitamins, but since you say you felt sick, i really don't know, go to the doctor

just drink more water to clear out your system
and drink some cranberry juice (incase if u had a bladder infection)
