Unfortunately you have overprocessed your hair. So will it take time for it to get healthy again. Once its overprocessed, it is overprocessed. You can use conditioners and moisturizers to help with the dryness and breakage that will occur. Make sure you shampoo your hair at least once a week. Shampooing your hair more, strips the natural oils from you hair and can cause it to break more. Try using a volumizing shampoo & conditioner every other time you shampoo your hair. If you still have more concerns contact your stylist. You may also need to get a hot oil treatment every other week also or every two weeks. That will help you hair also. I hope I've helped.

Bleaching and coloring opens up your cuticle and changes the cortex and medulla. It takes a while for the cuticle to lie back down properly, especially after having colored it a couple of times. I can only imagine how it feels. Try not to use heat on it for awhile. Your hair needs a rest right now. Remember to condition. If you can get it, Sebastian Potion 9 is excellent to help restore hair. Slather it on, let it sit an hour and rinse out. If you can't afford professional products, then I don't mind Aussie 3 Minute Miracle. You need to get that cuticle to sit flat again, so your hair doesn't feel so rough.
