i have a limit of 2 gigabit on my down load and was wondering if the amount of uploads from my computer is counted

look i have a plan and it is so small only download of 500 MB per month so i download small and upload more like i download about 500Mb per month and upload 1020Mb means 1GB and i don't have that much of bill because i download in limit if your internet plan says that upload is counted thenit should be counted so it is on u r net plan

normally your limits do count uploads as well as downloads, its the total amount of data exchanged with the server.

most people call it a "download limit" whereas in actual fact most ISP's who have them, refer to them as "usage limits".

Google and download "bitmeter" It will tell you all of your usage. Its quite self explanatory
