set some fuggin goals in life and get some friends... goddammit, stop sitting at home and thinking so damn much. If you have so much time to think that you feel crappy, then you need to set some goals and start accomplishing crap where you don't even have time to think about how crappy things are. ANYONE can find a million things to feel bad about if they sat there and thought about it. Stop thinking so damned much and get off your @ss and start doing something! maybe something artistic like painting or a musical instrument might help... that $hit is really fun and can bring a lot of beauty into your life.

During a depression onset and long afterwards the chemicals released into the fluid go to the lower/auto brain and the controls over heart, lungs, etc are slowed down to the point of hurting. Remove the false expectations for love and life and the chemicals will not return. After a severe upset the chemicals can be strong enough to allow the medulla to reroute the message of the upper brains to the wrong areas. Loss of logic and association in life occurs and suicide can come when language has collapsed.

well, trying to kill yourself doesn't solve much, i've tried it myself, so believe me. Sometimes you just need someone to listen to you without judging you as you let it all go. You are holding onto too much. When you talk to someone, you pass your burden onto them, and if you are completely honest, will feel better. Then, pick up your life one piece at a time and move on. Don't take on too much, just go slow and you'll get back into it.
As for the no point in living, the point is what you make it, completely. Whether you go out to improve the world, enjoy life, or destroy the world, it all has a point, you just need to find your niche. It matters only to yourself. It's just like someone else looking in and thinking that because they don't know you, you are a waste of space. The more you think about it, the less this is true. You have the potential to do so much. Find yourself.

You desperately need to seek professional help. Depression (which you are certainly suffering from) can be endogenous (caused by chemical imbalances in the brain) and exogenous (caused by life occurences, current or past). Both of these causes can be addressed and you CAN move on. From personal experience, I can only suggest that you keep struggling on, keep recalling the time when you were happy and what it felt like. I promise, you can feel that way again. Please be determined to get through this and ask for help. If you don't get the help you want or the reaction you need, then keep asking, keep asking, keep asking. You may not find the right doctor/counsellor/psychologist/psychiatrist right away, but KEEP LOOKING. You are meant to be here for a reason, it's just not clear yet...

Just think about this, Suicide is giving up.
You should never give up ,no matter how bad life may be.
Life isn't a walk in the park, life is full of obstacles and hardships.
Dont waste your life commiting suicide or just thinking about it. Think of all possible things you could do. You can even do some help to others.
So stop having those stupid thoughts, and start thinking more positive in life.

You should of course get professional therapy.
Other than that you should make some friends and try to get close to family (if you have any).
Go out during to day, Sunlight (vitamin d) is proven to reduce depression.
Fish oil is good to treat depression (carlson or nordic naturals are good brands)
Watch movies on dvd or the cinema (watch comedies)
Eat healthy foods that taste good whatever you like: I personal y like flavored yogurt..
I don't know how old you are but, it is nice to have a child because if makes you feels like you have something to live for even if you loose everything else in life...

Suicide is the 2nd or 3rd leading cause of death in 15- to 19-yr-olds and remains a considerable public health concern.
More than 1⁄2 of adolescent suicidal behaviors stem from depression. Other predisposing factors include a history of suicide in family members or close friends, a recent death in the family, substance abuse, and conduct disorder.
Always engage yourself in order to lead a "socially and economically productive life." Let your mind should be filled with positive thoughts.

I suggest you seek help from someone trustworthy... a family member, maybe a councilor... these symptoms are those of depression and there are ways to go about making life more worth it.
I know how difficult depression can be, but you feel so much better about life after you relieve the burdening 'hopelessness'.
It’s one of those slumps in life, that some of the unfortunate just need to deal with.
It can be extremely frustrating to deal with the misleading thoughts, when your logic says it's so wrong, but you still can't help yourself.
I felt the same way about life and I can say first handedly that it gets better when you take that first step.

Talk to someone about your problems, someone who you trust the most. Don't think about things that make you unhappy or make you want to do crazy things. Always divert your thoughts and get busy when you feel like doing something like suicide. Also speak to a doctor to give you pills to get your mind of things..to help you get over this depression. How about this, write down everything you feel, it helps a great deal when you have it out of you, either on paper or if you talk to someone about it.. And please don't do anything crazy, just think of all those people who are sick and know that they may not live long.. Don't take your life for granted.. learn to enjoy it, be around those who make you happy and avoid those you bring you stress. Write to me at shyma811@yahoo.ca if you would like to talk.

What I would do when I have problems like this is to think of one thing I can do for a long time and do it, like playing the guitar or building something. Even though I have problems in life and I want a way out, I still want to live for the things I want to do, not the people around me, Ignore them.
