i just got in a accdent not to long ago like couple of weeks and i cant sleep at all cause of the nightmares and i just go in a flash back all the time... when i go in flash backs it bring up the feelings and everything i felt when it was happening.. i dont know what to do is it ever gonna stop ? are these feeling ever gonna go away? are these flash backs ever gonna stop?

sounds like you have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
i know everyone says it, but maybe the best thing to do is go see a doctor or councellor.
to answer your questions: yes it will eventually cease, yes the feeling will subside and yes the flashbacks will become less!

See PTSD, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on pages 33 - 34: examine the 1-800-therapist website, and use the locators, and phone book, and/or various associations for psychiatrists and psychologists, to find the nearest one using EMDR therapy. If unable to afford it, contact the county/local mental health agency: any therapy on offer may prove helpful, particularly if combined with appropriate medication. Consult a doctor, to get something to help you sleep, in the meantime.

I am sorry this happened to you. Experiencing flashbacks after a traumatic event does happen to some people. You might want to see a psychologist or psychiatrist to see what help they can give you. God bless.
