It is easy.....grammatically speaking, the tense use in the time will determine when the action happened..........
For the first sentence...it is what we call Immediate Present
The action of baking is done and the food is ready, warm and delicious.
The second one is Present Progressive Tense
The action of baking isnt done yet, it is still going on and maybe finished for sometime...an action started in a short time ,,going on and may stopped in a little while, got it???

Baked is the past tense of bake. So I would say "it's baked right now" means it is done or baked is being used as the gerund baking and it means it's baking right now.
It's being baked right now means that it is in the oven in the process of baking.

"It is baked right now" means it is all finished baking. You can eat it! "It is being baked right now" means that it is cooking as we speak.
