After three interviews (for a hostess) that lasted about 7 weeks at PF Changs I didn't get hire. At the last interview she said she would call me as soon as she reached a decision. I called her today and basically told me I'm not hired. I just feel uplike they shouldv'e been professional enough to let me know. Why didn't they hire me?! I'm just somewhat frustrated!

Ups and Downs are part an Parcel of life don't be disaapointed ...Just call her ask for the feedback in good terms..
Ask her what went wrong so next time u can be well prepared for it....
ask her ur area of weaknes and srengths and i am sure she will cooperate with u and tell u ...
overcome ur weakness make them ur strength and then apply..
I know u will go far beyond what u have aimed ...
Best of Luck

Sounds weird, but maybe she had a hard time making up her mind between several candidates. Sounded like they were interested (3 interviews). Yes, she deffinitely could have at least let you know. A hostess job isn't the end all be all of jobs....I'm sure you can find something better, then you can tell her......."FORGET YOU"

i think of the assumption of huge substitute on the horizon consistently has a cooling result on business enterprise interest. the considered doing business enterprise is to make earnings. maximum businesses reallly do no longer make that would desire to return on investment so the decissions made are considered necessary and could evaluate all factors carefully. whilst a form of factors is venture to alter the uncertainty finally consequences in hesitation. in spite of if the proposed changes are a good component, the prudent business enterprise guy or woman will wait till the information are in till now making a pass.

They go to "hell". You should sue them. They wasted your time for almost 2 weeks. Makes me so frustrated when I hear like this story!

well in my experience its sometimes not a good idea to call them and ask if you got the job but to wait till they call you

They never tell you in person that you aren't hired, don't you read about all the workplace violence and shootings?

Why didn't you ask them why you didn't get the job? It's a legitimate question.
