That just doesn't even make sense.
If somebody told you this, it's because they think you're lazy and need to stop playing games so much.
If you think you're experiencing this, the only half-reasonable explanation I can think of is that you sit there for hours hardly moving, and then get up to shower and get woozy from the poor circulation not supporting your sudden movement. Nothing to do with video, games, showers, or whatever. Just being a sloth, take it as a warning to get off your butt for a change.

Yes I have lost interest in games before for like 2 years... But what got me back was people on xbox live haha it's just fun talking to people from different places.

it doesn't really mean that you will lose your vision immediately. but sooner or later you will feel the effect of it. it's really not a good practice to take a shower or even wash your face after you are working with computers or any electronic gadget.

I wouldn't think so. I've taken showers after I've spend many hours playing computer games/ browsing internet and my eyes have never hurt.

No, that is ridiculous.
You shouldn't play games for "many hours", but the situation you describe is ludicrous. Some one is yanking your chain. Probably trying to get you to stop playing games for hours and get out and do something else.
