I believe that we are to find in life God's Will and this is exactly what Christ did completely. Jesus said to the Father, "Not my will but yours be done." If we are only caught up with doing our own thing or applying our will in everything then it will show that we were not out to please the Father and many times, doing our will gets us into so much trouble because we were not concerned about what God thinks or even has to say about our lives which are to belong to Him. Those who do not know God have no choice but to do those things that are wrong because they are born under the curse of Adam, and their will is totally against the Will of Almighty God. Unless they come to Him and want to know His heart, His thoughts, His Spirit in any given manner, they, like God has spoken, will perish. And this isn't God's Will for them..It breaks His heart to see people who have made hell their destiny. This is why He sent Christ to the world but unless they Willfully come to Him and let their will be replaced by doing His, their end will be very bitter. God's Will is perfect, His way is perfect, His love is perfect, and He wants to perfect us on our road to Him.

Yes I agree... God does allow us to write basically our history since He gave us free will. It's all about learning as He does guide and teach us, although we make the decisions to believe and listen. God will help if we ask.

Absolutely yes. Pro 18:21 Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
It's the way God set it up from the beginning.

I chose Jesus Christ to be my Lord and Savior. It was the best thing I ever did. I also choose to forgive others. That is a choice we must make. That was a great point you have made. God bless you.

Yes - I think He allows it... I just think there is HIS path for us - and all the other paths that we skew off in pursuit of that lead us away from Him - and His purpose.
Isaiah 57:14 The LORD says, "Let my people return to me. Remove every obstacle from their path! Build the road and make it ready!
Jeremiah 8:5 Why then, my people, do you turn away from me without ever turning back? You cling to your idols and refuse to return to me.
Zechariah 1:2-3 The LORD Almighty told Zechariah to say to the people, "I, the LORD, was very angry with your ancestors, but now I say to you, 'Return to me, and I will return to you.
Psalm 119:105 [Lord,] Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Only HIS path leads to heaven... all others to destruction.
Peace.

thank God My Lady that He has forgiven me for some of the choices that i have made. I only wish there were no consequenses.
Mat 18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 18:5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
Mat 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Mat 18:7 Woe unto the world because of offenses! for it must needs be that offenses come; but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh!
We are Gods children which makes us His little ones.

God gives us choices to make, and we must make the right ones, and do Gods will, when we don't follow Gods plan we see alot of problems, God wants to help us so we don't run into these problems, when we follow sin, we get ourselves into alot of trouble.

Yes, I believe that belief in a god allows people to re-write their own history, such as creation (intelligent design) and the story of the USA being founded on religious beliefs.

It is most certainly called free will.
But I try every day to turn my will over to God.
Because otherwise, I'd make a mess of it.
Have a most happy Thanksgiving holiday, Lady, (if you are in the U.S. that is). God bless you and yours!!!!
