The very best thing I have found is witchhazel. I wash my face with Dove soap, dab cotton balls with witchazel & make sure I do lots and lots of moisturizing with Eucerin Calming lotion. This routine is for prevention. When I do get the occasional pimple I use the witchhazel on my face and then I simply put a triple antibiotic ointment on the pimple. If I am in an extreme emergency and I can't get rid of the zit quick enough and I have to disguise it nothing is better the Bare Beauty Minerals concealer and foundation. I am not talking about the ultra EXPENSIVE Bare Minerals either. Go the the Bare Beauty Minerals Ebay Store and they have a hUGE selection of kits and indivisual makeup to choose from for a fraction of the cost of Bare Minerals and the stuff is extraordinary. It will cover up anything. I am hooked. I hope this helped!!!!!!! Good luck!

I'm here in AZ and it is cold and dry here too. No, not really but most of the year it is dry. And, now that we are approaching winter, it will be cold next week (55 degrees in the mountains, mid 70s in Phoenix). Never touch your pimples with your fingers. They are loaded with germs. Pop your white head pimple and apply peroxide with a Q-Tip. Apply 2-3 times daily til gone, it shouldn't take long.

Everyone gets pimples, so deal with it. You could try using compact powder or liquid foundation to cover it, but thats the most that could happen. Anyway, who cares if youve got a pimple on your face.

People all over the world have pimples, I don't think it's where you live! It's probably because of your age. When I was a teenager I had them all the time too and I hated it! But now I'm all grown up and freakin beautiful!

Have fun in AZ!

Sun is the best medicine for pimples...as it brings them to the surface and lets them dissolve through the pores of the skin...just wash your face more due to the grease under your skin....which will be surfacing as you start to tan....Also go slow as you are not used to the sun.
Good luck.

Treat pimples like you would treat any other kind of infected wound. Yes, it's now a wound. Drain, bleed it out, treat.
Oh, by the way, welcome to puberty. Destination adulthood, Enjoy the trip.
