i work w/ her and she just started today. her friend (who also works w/ me) introduced me to her.
so anyways, she started talking to me and she asked me this question (in the sweetest way) and i asked her "u really want to know." and with a big smile on she said "yeah i really do." then we talked for a few more minutes. and she kept asking me for help if when she got stuck instead of asking her friend who was right next to her.
its hard to tell because she's just like her friend who is one of the nicest girls her age.
i like her but i don't know how to move foward cuz' i'm not sure if she likes me or was just being nice.
should i try and show her that i like her and see how she responds or should i wait till i know for sure.

Wait a while.
She's sounds like a flirty girl, and that is NOT a bad thing, flirty girls can be very fun and yet very nice and respectable!, but just enjoy it and flirt right back, just hold off on the prospective dating scenario for a bit.

yes! o_O have you been living under a rock? no offence, but EVERYBODY, especially girls, like comments on them looking nice. HONEST ones and not too often or it cheapens it, but, to put it simply, YES! Girls LOVE and appreciate being told they look nice. ...especially girls 12-23 or so as they're usually particularly self concious and the fact that you noticed is real nice. Especially since you're a guy, a lotta guys wouldn't bother to notice, let alone mention it. =]

wait a little longer .I've started new jobs and I would be just being me and people took that as flirting but I totally wasn't I was just being friendly give the girl's like the chase anyway but not to much.When a girl puts it out there that she likes you I mean actually tells you don't wait to long to respond or she will move on

Anything u must ask, just can know the answer......Try to ask her what feeling with u??
If don't want like that, u can try joke menthod to ask her wanna she want be your gf or she like u or not??
If her response is some sweet sweet or some surprise, that mean she have feeling with u....If her response not feeling good , u must stop asking and tell her u just kiding.....

shes flirting with you...she likes you! thats something i would do if i met a guy i liked. so go for it!
you might wanna ask her friend since you have known her longer if she ever talks about you or anything. make it subtle tho.
