I have like this little hard ball in my lower cheek (yeah inside) will it go away? what should i do just leave it?

you can't tell it's there unless you press around for it and then you feel it

it's at the left side of my mouth and it moves around

see your dentist, i think that's your best bet

yeah. I get these sometimes.. I always used to call them marbles in my jaw. It actually feels like they can move around as well..and very sore..However, what I have actually found is that thes are little cancer sores inside your mouth...if you look
very close in a mirror, and pull your lip down so you can see the very base of your gums..you will likely see whay I am talking about. Start rinsing with salt water, and if it doesn't seem to get better in a day or two, go to the doctor.

Well it could be a stopped up syliva gland, or it could be a little cyst (pocket of fluid). It is good that it moves around though. Go see a doctor they could do an ultrasound on it to see exactly what it is made of.

You should get it checked by a doctor, no a dentist, becuase I've heard of cases similar to yours, where people ahve a tiny hole in thier cheek/throat and it fills with their food/drink/saliva and closes off. It can get to be very dangerous.
